We did our annual baking tradition today. We made chocolate covered pretzel rods, layered mint fudge, chocolate covered caramels, chocolate peanut butter brownies & puppy chow for our teachers. We had truffles on our list of things to make, but we ran out of bittersweet chocolate & decided we had done enough. We figure we will hand those over later in the week.
