We bought tickets to go up in the crown of the Statue of Liberty. We weren't sure what traffic would look like heading towards NYC at 8am, so we left early, plenty early. We arrived an hour before the ticket window opened & we were the first car in the lot at Liberty Park. We took advantage & walked along the river. It was a beautiful view of the NYC skyline.
